Sue Rosewell The backbone of the lettings department! Sue joined mse in 2004. Previously she worked for a large medical device manufacturer investigating injury claims. Over the last few years she has gained an in depth knowledge of the property industry and built up very strong working relationships with our longstanding clients. She has empathy with the tenants and will always go that extra mile to ensure tenants and houses are well matched. |

Mark Blakeway Born in Australia, Mark emigrated to the UK in 2003. He joined mse in 2007 after working for a local corporate letting agency. Mark was promoted to Senior Lettings Negotiator in February 2008 having gained considerable experience, local knowledge and demonstrating huge enthusiasm. Mark has a good relationship with all of our clients and works very closely with Sue. Mark has a great sense of humour, enjoys reading, mountain biking and travelling Europe. |

Donna Knott Donna gained three A levels at Godalming college and worked in retail for a few years. Donna joined mse in Oct 2008 and divides her time assisting both the Sales and Lettings departments. In her short time here, Donna has gained considerable experience and is a valued member of the team. In her spare time she enjoys horse-riding in and around Hambledon where she has lived all of her life. |

Kim Wetton Following a career in travel, Kim having always had a passion for property began working for a local estate agents at the weekends. Kim then joined mse in 1998, firstly in Sales and since then in the Commercial and lettings departments. Kim enjoys travelling abroad, aerobics, swimming and reading as well as spending time with her three teenage children. |

Simone Young Simone joined MSE in 2005 as a weekend lettings assistant, fitting work around her young family. She has since covered the post of Lettings Administrator and Sales Secetary covering maternity leave. Simone comes from a Sales and Marketing background in the Travel Industry and the Mayfair/City of London Office Property Market. Out of work she enjoys Pilates, dancing, walking and spending quality time with her family and friends. |

Clair Richardson Clair Joined mse in 2005 as a weekend Lettings assistant to fit in with looking after her young family. Clair comes from a property background and prior to starting her family, worked for many years in Guildford in a Property department as a Legal Executive, which included the letting and management of commercial properties. Clair enjoys reading, walking and spending time with her family. |

Paul Chilton Paul joined mse in 2004 following several years acquiring and refurbishing residential properties in Surrey and Bucks. Prior to this, Paul spent 18 years Project Managing numerous developments with Lloyds TSB Bank. As Department Head, Pauls main focus is to ensure a high quality service for Clients providing advice on matters ranging from tenancy agreements through to overseeing full refurbishments. Paul is married and enjoys skiing, sailing, travelling and motorcycle touring. |

Russell Cole Currently studying for a BA degree in Business Studies and Management, Russell has joined the Property Management Team as a Trainee Property Manager. Having also worked in the insurance and property industries since leaving college, he has the drive and enthusiasm to further his career with mse. Russell lives in Farnham and is a keen traveller. A large part of his life involves music and he regularly plays guitar, bass and drums and is currently part of a band, which has involved playing at many large gigs. |

Lizzie Marsh After attending Portsmouth University, Lizzie has achieved an Honours Degree in Property Marketing, Design and Development and is a probationary member of RICS. She has gathered experience over the last few years with Historic Royal Palaces, Kingston University School of Surveying & Planning and Guildford College Land Management Department. Lizzie has won prizes for her photography and is a member of the RSPB with other interests ranging from visiting historic buildings, archaeology, arts & crafts, cooking, keeping fit and learning to play golf. mailto:lizzie.marsh@mseproperty.com |

Mark Mitchell Starting out in the courier business, Mark later changed direction and spent ten years working in sales in various estate agents in London and Surrey. This was followed by nine years at Standard Life as a policy admin representative. Mark's methodical approach ensures that the administration is carried out to the highest standard and he is always willing to assist others within the team. |

Mary Rodriguez Mary has wide ranging experience in numerous industries. She has worked for many years in education as a Marketing Manager and more recently as manager of a business centre. She has had several top level PA jobs in London and Surrey, but has also lived and worked in Spain and Venezuela. Mary joined mse in 2005 and provides secretarial support to the property management dept. She has 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren. She is a keen photographer and enjoys travel, dining out, hot-air ballooning and belongs to the local theatre group. |

Bharati Kulkani Following her marriage, Bharati moved to the UK where she completed her post grad diploma in managment studies together with accountancy qualifications whilst bringing up her family. She started out in a firm of accountants and then moved inhouse to various manufacturing and marketing companies prior to joining mse in 2004. Bharati's focus at mse is to manage the entire client and company accounts. In her spare time, Bharati enjoys socialising, entertaining, music and travel. |

Janice Mitchell With over 30 years of accounts experience, Janice has worked in a wide range of industries prior to joining mse accounts dept in 2002. Janice enjoys spending time with her son, reading and travelling. |
