mse’s offices are based in the heart of Surrey and close to the West Sussex borders. Many of our staff have lived in the area for years and have extensive local knowledge which we would be delighted to share with you. ![]()

Schools
One of the imperatives in choosing a place to move to is often the local schooling. Here in Surrey and Sussex, we are spoilt for choice as there are numerous well respected private and state schools on offer. Schoolfinderdirect and upmystreet.com.
Guildford is also home to Surrey University, Italia Conti in Merrow, Britains oldest theatre arts training school and renowned worldwide as a centre of excellence, the internationally renowned Guildford School of Acting (GSA) and the Academy of Contemporary Music, world leaders in the music industry.
Transport
Public transport is vital in the area generally, particularly for the commuter, with a number of stations in the towns and villages offering rail links into Waterloo and Victoria London, Gatwick Airport and to all parts of the country. Entertainments and the arts
Guildford hosts a large Odeon multi-screen cinema showing the latest films and several theatres including The Yvonne Arnaud and the Electric Theatre.
Spectrum leisure centre has facilities for all ages ranging from swimming, ice skating, bowling and kids clubs to athletics, martial arts and basketball.
Eating out

Guildford
Our head office is in the historic and vibrant county town of Guildford in Surrey some 30 miles south east of London and within 20 miles of both Heathrow and Gatwick International airports.![]()
The town has a population of approx 130,000 and as well as offering a large array of first class recreational and shopping facilities, Guildford is the gateway to some of the most stunning scenery in the South East of England providing an area of outstanding beauty with some of the best walks and bridleways around. At the bottom of the picturesque cobbled High Street with its famous clock, is the river Wey http://www.weyriver.co.uk/ attracting a medley of wildlife, walkers, and boating enthusiasts.
Godalming

The smaller and equally picturesque town of Godalming lies aproximately 3 miles to the South of Guildford. Famous for having the first electric street lighting in the world, it has a more relaxed atmosphere and has become one of the most popular places to live outside London with a population of 21,000.
Cranleigh
Believed to be the largest village in the country, Cranleigh offers another distinct charater of place with a less urban feel but with a bustling High Street boasting some major High Street brand names such as Marks and Sparks and Sainsbury's (not to mention mse!).
