The head office in Guildford comprises nearly 3000 sq ft and includes a 16th century listed building and two additional floors of modern air-conditioned office space. From here the Commercial and Surveying operations cover a wide area throughout the South East.
All three offices work closely together and are linked with a state of the art web based estate agency application by Dezrez which allows properties to be offered simultaneously though each of the offices.
The local connection of the office locations is an ideal network to market properties in the towns and villages in the Surrey Hills and Sussex border in which we specialise. Members of staff live locally and their experience and knowledge is an essential element of the service we offer.
We have no intention of following other agents by opening more offices further afield and we will develop market share within the area we know best.
In addition to our physical presence in the High Street, we are proud of our presence online. Our website is updated dynamically and optimised for search results.
